Research Assignment: 1301

Paper 2 for 1301

There was a class wide problem with setting aside your own views and making a logical argument on the first paper. That is why I am making you argue the exact opposite of a deeply held belief or cherished conviction. If you do not know what your opposition thinks then you do not know what you think. I already have your topics in writing so do not deviate from them.

In addition, use two distinct sources for this paper. I recommend using the databases but you can use anything that is reliable and reputable. No Wikipedia! Try to find something from an .edu or other worthy internet source. Make sure that the source is not overtly biased, which means that advocacy groups are out. Lastly, make sure that both the internal documentation and works cited page are formatted according to MLA standards.

Try as best as is possible to include ethos, pathos, and logos this time. Concentrate most closely with logic and cutting out as many fallacies as possible. Good luck and I am available for anyone that needs me. Peer review is around the corner so get moving! 3-5 pages
